Great costumer service, all i can say!!!

I contacted INIU by e-mail on 10/9/26 about a power bank I had from them which had stopped working unfortunately. A staff member called Karlin replied very swiftly in just over an hour’s time. Karlin was extremely helpful, prompt and thoughtful. Throughout the whole experience, Karlin was very kind and supportive too. I was posted a replacement power bank quickly. The whole customer service experience with INIU was faultless and so quick and efficient. Thank you so, so much for everybody’s help and support at INIU.

Wir haben mittlerweile drei Powerbanks von Iniu und sind zufrieden. Nun zeigte eine Powerbank nach 8 Monaten Nutzung allerdings einen Defekt, sie ließ sich nicht mehr laden. Kontakt mit Iniu Kundenservice aufgenommen und direkt eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden, nach 2 Tagen war das Thema final behoben. So ein Service ist heutzutage selten und für uns eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung wert 👍🏼

Ho acquistato un loro prodotto su Amazon e dopo oltre un anno ha iniziato ad avere qualche problema di caricamento. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi hanno risposto subito, proponendomi la sostituzione del prodotto ed effettuando la spedizione il giorno stesso. Non ho mai avuto a che fare con persone così cortesi ed efficienti, sono davvero soddisfatta.

The 10,000 and 20,000 mAh INIU Power banks are high quality, sturdy, and hold plenty of power for daily needs. I've used these products for keeping my heavily used Samsung smartphone powered up all day while camping several times over the last few years. Will continue using them in the future.

Unexpectedly, I had a 2-day stay in the hospital. I didn't know if there would be charging capabilities there so I quickly packed my INIU Charger! It totally saved me! I was able to use the charger for 2 days without re-charging. I am so thankful that INIU allowed me to communicate with family and hospital personnel.
