INIUReviews of iniushop.com

I recently purchased a 65W 20000mAh Mini Power Bank and I am absolutely delighted with it. I have had a few power banks in the past, but this one is by far the best as it is quick to recharge, holds enough charge for more than 4 recharges of my phone with its PD QC Fast Charging port, has a very useful and clear % display, and it is wonderfully slim-line and not too heavy. I could not recommend it more highly.

Azienda molto seria, ho avuto un problema con un loro prodotto, che il servizio clienti ha risolto in 24H Consiglio a tutti di acquistare dal sito, oggi la differenza tra i prodotti la fa sicuramente il servizio clienti

I had a powerbank (model p21) purchased from Amazon that was having issues with charging speed after exposure to hot temperatures in a car. Contacted support and quickly got some informative troubleshooting steps that unfortunately didn't resolve the issue, and then INIU immediately offered a free replacement that arrived in just a couple days. Replacement is working great as was the original before encountering the issue. Value of INIU products is unrivaled in the charging/power bank industry and they stand by their products!

I had an issue with my power bank and customer service was able to replace it under warranty with no issue. The process was easy and straightforward. The product is great!

I purchased the INIU 20000mAh power bank and initially noticed that the wire wasn’t charging at optimal speed. I reached out to INIU support, and I must say their service was outstanding! They immediately understood the issue and arranged for a replacement unit, which arrived the very next day. Couldn’t have asked for better service — truly top-notch customer support. I’m very satisfied with the experience

I bought the Inui P50-E1 10.000 mAh powerbank for my ultralight hiking trips. Approx. 160 gram, fast charging and recharging were the major arguments for this product. The 10.000 mAh combined with a recharging the device itself within approx. 2 hours are a good and seldom combination at the market so far. There's no reason for me to carry more capacity. Sometimes I wish the recharge would even take less time, let's say around 30 to 45 minutes, perfect for a break at a café shop or supermarket. I got in contact with the company because of a faulty display cover of the powerbank. It's connected to the case with tape only which could be a problem during hot and cold conditions. After my second reach out to the support I got help and they sent a new working device. I hope the display cover will be improved in the near future and the recharging times even reduced. Would be nice if the 45 watts charging current would last longer then 10 minutes. So far a good support team and a good product. I'm looking forward what this company will bring on the market. There's a lot of potential.

I bought an INIU powerbank from Amazon which was perfect, great design and carry case with the flashing paw to easily see how much % is left on the powerbank. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd(had a slight issue with this one which customer service were brilliant with) for a short trip and a subsequent 3rd for a longer holiday. I wouldn’t buy any other brand.

Wir besitzen mehrere Powerbank's von INUI und sind überaus zufrieden mit allen. Sie funktionieren fehlerfrei und sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Ich würde immer wieder INUI kaufe
