I have been using INUI Power Banks for a few years now, and currently own and use 5 different models and I’m very satisfied with the features, performance and support if ever something goes wrong. I use two 140W INUI Fast Charge Power Banks with my laptop, so I’m never out of power, other models to charge my phones, tablets and other USB accessories and a slim power bank in my pocket to charge my phone. Each Power Bank has it’s uses. A great brand, with great support.

I had a fault power bank after 2 years of use. I contacted INIU and they did not hesitate to send me a replacement! Great customer service!

I have purchased several INIU power banks for personal use over the last year. I initially purchased 1 for travel CPAP use and liked the product (B64) so much I decided to purchase 2 more compact units (P63) along with several cables and GAN wall chargers (65W & 100W). Additionally, I own the P64 unit too. All have been great and since purchased another P63 for myself along with two more for my brother to use with his CPAP. All have been exceptional. I have also purchased the P71 for my daughter's iPhone for when she out and about and it has been great. I did have a minor issue with my P63 units charging 2 identical USB-C travel fans and thought it may be the power banks themselves. After reaching out to INIU and doing some troubleshooting with them, I believe the issue to be with the fans themselves and their age when trying to charge from the 45w USB-C port. They do charge fine from the USB-A port. INIU, specifically Karlin with whom I interacted with, was courteous and responsive the entire time and I truly appreciate their support. I initially posted my findings on their FB support page and they quickly noted it and sent me to their normal support channels. Again, very appreciative of INIU and will continue to purchase their products as the quality is very good. Highly recommend INIU.

I bought through the Amazon store a 65W USB‑C fast charger that works for my laptop, iPad, and iPhone. The charging speed is super fast, and the material it’s made from looks to be of very good quality. I also have a 2‑meter USB‑C cable of up to 100W that works perfectly. I’m very happy with the product.

Purchased the P50-E1 in white. The size is very small and can pack into the smallest packs I have. The included cable leash is a nice touch. overall a solid battery.

I bought my first INIU product, the P24-E1, and I have been very impressed. The packaging is high quality, the product itself feels and looks premium, and the number of protocols it supports is impressive. I like to have PDF copies of manuals and I could not find it on their site so I reached out to INIU who promptly responded to my request and attached it directly to the email for a swift result. I am very happy with the price I paid for the product I received on top of the swift customer service support. Highly recommend.

I purchased a set of 5 different USB-C cables two years ago. I was completely satisfied until the last cable. The plug was defekt and there was smoke coming out, right after I plugged it into the outlet. The costumer service of INUI reacted very professional, replaced the cable and took care of the malfunction of the cable. I would buy this brand again and again. Thank you for Support BG Andree
