Great customer service! I originally received a power unit that had the little stand part stuck and not come out. I reached out to INIU and they immediately responded with some questions and sent me a new unit! I was shocked at how fast, professional and courteous they were. I normally just use the middle port since it has the most power wattage and fast charges my phone and when I need, my tablet.

I purchased the inui 240w usb c to usb c fast charging cable from Amazon. I use the cables daily and have been very impressed with the overall quality of the cable construction. The cable has no problem rapidly charging my Samsung devices. I have been very pleased up until recently when I started having an issue with my cable not charging properly. Because I was surprised to be having a problem (I did not expect to), I checked out the warranty from inui. Their warranty is very generous on this cable, so I contacted them with the details of my issue. They quickly responded and with a little back and forth, I had new cables mailed to me in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the outcome and do not believe my problem was a typical failure. I will DEFINITELY be buying inui cables again!

Für mein Smartphone habe ich ein schlankes Modell, das perfekt in die Tasche passt und mich jederzeit mit Strom versorgt. Jedes meiner Geräte hat seinen festen Platz im Alltag, und ich möchte keines davon mehr missen.

I had questions about certifications and if there were plans in the future to receive said certifications. They provided me a very thorough answer to which I had accepted. They also make great products and I have had zero issues with the products. Both products and customer service has been great.

This is a great battery pack for travel. And I love the power paw.

I purchased the INIU Cougar P64-E1. It works great and just as advertised. I had an issue with one of the included cables but was able to speak with their support team and they replaced it within 24 hours of my reaching out. Excellent service!

I purchased the 2-pack USB-C charging cables from INUI and after a few months I found the one cable to be ‘tearing’. I contacted the customer care given it was still under warranty. They were very responsive and helpful and replaced my cable for free. Other than this issue, their products work well as I also have a wireless charger and there have been no issues. They offer quality products for reasonable prices!

I like to take the smallest power bank for travel. I'm giving away seven mini power banks for Christmas. INUI is particularly distinguished by its wide variety of power banks (size, capacity, current/voltage values, with and without charging cable), as well as the digital display of the charging capacity, the excellent workmanship, the beautiful design, and the very good price/performance ratio. The service is also customer-friendly, good, and fast, and can be reached by phone and email. Once, a power bank (here in Hamburg, Germany) didn't arrive in the mail and got lost. I received a new power bank within a few days. INUI is also very interested in my opinion and offered to test the power banks in the future, which I will be happy to do.
