I bought an INIU power bank from Amazon, I loved it until it just stopped working all of a sudden (after only 6 weeks of use). So I guess that doesnt deserve 5 stars but the fact that they responded within 4 hours when I filled out a warranty claim and that they offered to replace it is enough for me to feel great about buying more INIU stuff. Hopefully this next one will last

Tutto è andato a buon fine in tempi rapidi e con le dovute scuse. Qualora ci sia parità di prezzo e prestazioni con altri brand consiglio l'acquisto di power bank INIU per la serietà ed efficienza del Servizio Clienti e la garanzia di tre anni, un notevole valore aggiunto da non trascurare.

About a year ago I was looking for a portable and slim power bank to take with me when I am out and about in London, leisure and work. I used to use old cheap and slow bricks from Baseus and Pifco and my brother has Ugreen Uno power bank with 10k capacity. So, I have plenty to compare. After searching and watching reviews I bought INIU P73-E1 10k directly from Iniu website. Oh boy, it was such a surprise to me how slick and slim this power bank is. It is indeed 0.5inch thick and looks gorgeous. It has two usb c, with included usb c lanyard cable, integrated stand leg and ability to charge to 45w with QI2 to 15w was a breeze too me. It is very portable! In comparison, Ugreen Uno is way bulkier a thicker and has one usb c. I take my P73-E1 at least once a week when I am in London at work. It helps me to charge all my gadgets (heated tobacco device, vape and earphones) and my phone which is now Honor 200Pro (I previously used it with Samsung A54) which can charge wirelessly. 10k is more than enough for me and I have some juice left when I am back late home. We also took it with us on holidays in Morrocco, Tunisia and Bosnia (that was in December). This power bank never let me down whether it is hot or cold condition. It worth to mention that when I charge three devices at once it won’t get hot like my baseus or brother’s ugreen which can charge only one device. Yes, it gets warm but not uncomfortable warm so you don’t need to worry about it. It just works. Also, for those who cares about QI2 – this one is certified too. I don’t care much about wireless charging as my honor 200 pro does not support Qi2 but it works and it is very convenient when you need to top up your battery while charging other gadgets. Power bank takes less then 2h to fully recharge itself as long as you have at least 30w charger. To sum up, this is first time I bought something from Iniu and I am very happy customer. They have fantastic long warranty and grate customer service too! Recommend!

Had a quick response with the extra info I was looking for a powerbank I purchased from them. I also like they show the real capacity of the powerbank, that's some trasparency.

I have purchased recently a Meta Quest 3 cable to link it to my PC. after a lot of research I decided to go with INIU as it checked all boxes for me. The cable was high quality and performs excellent. Happy customer.

Karlin from the customer service team was helpful far beyond what one would expect. Won't be my last purchase from this company.
