I purchased an INIU 65w 20,000 mAh power bank from Amazon. It was great until it just stopped working all of a sudden. But I reached out to their customer service, filled out a warranty claim, and they replaced it with another. It was the most hassle free process you could hope for. You can feel great knowing INIU stands behind their products.

I got this power bank it’s absolutely unstoppable for outdoor use. The charging speed is insanely fast and it keeps my devices powered up without any issues. The build quality feels premium-solid and a bit heavy, but in a positive way that gives confidence it’s durable and reliable confidence. Perfect companion for travel, camping, or just daily use. The only thing I noticed is that it tends to get scratched easily. It would be great if the surface could be improved to resist scratches easily, since everything else about it feels top notch. Overall, still an excellent product that I would highly recommend.

I’ve been using the INIU power bank and I’m honestly impressed! It charges my devices super fast, the design is sleek and lightweight, and it’s perfect to carry in my bag every day. The long-lasting battery gives me peace of mind whenever I’m out — I never have to worry about running low. Definitely a must-have for anyone who’s always on the go!😍

INIU's 3-year warranty When my power bank experienced an issue, specifically a stuck button after 7-8 months of use, I filled out the warranty form and they offered me a replacement. The replacement works wonders. I would buy from this company again.

The experience on the website was great and I received my powerbank quickly . I will définitivement order from Iniu again

Company has a unique style of gear. The power Bank I used worked as intended and when there was a problem with it their customer service when above and beyond to fix the issue.
