I was truly impressed of this company by how quickly they processed and delivered my replacement unit under warranty. They provides exceptional customer service. Overall, a truly reliable and customer-focused company.

I have to say .... This is honestly the best product by far!!! I am technically an "80s baby" LOL ... SoI am still learning all of the new technology. I accidentally came across this INIU Portable Charger when I was watching a "FB Reel" and I was shocked that this even existed!!! This is a life saver ... especially when I am out all day. It's small and not bulky at all and easily fits into my pocket book. It charges fast and I especially love that it has the percentage of the charging power. The company is professional, respectful, and answers any questions you may have. Please don't hesitate to purchase the INIU Portable Charger... You will not regret your purchase.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

I absolutely love this company. Their powerbanks are exactly how they are described, their numbers aren't inflated and everything works how it should. I already bought 4 of their powerbanks in different sizes and I only had one that failed. However, after reaching out to the support team via mail, they responded in under 2 hours and every other follow-up mail was done in under 5 minutes even if I sometimes took 2 days to reply. One of the quickest and best support team I've ever had and they replaced my faulty powerbank in a matter of 3 days.

I have bought any number of Iniu power banks for myself and others. All have functioned without issue. One power bank did not come with a protective pouch as Amazon picture suggested. I e mailed them and received reply quickly. They told me it's no longer part of the package. Not a stock item but would arrange for the factory to send me one. Week or so came packed from China. A little later they e mailed me wishing to compensate for my 'distress' - hardly true no more of a comment on my part..... and they offered a additional power bank of my choice. A few days later arrived direct from Amazon. A great after sales service. 5 star.

Bought a great powerbank which performed perfectly. A few weeks later my product had an issue. Therefore i contacted the customer service and they immediately helped me out! Great experience and very nice powerbanks!
