Ordered a powerbank, and would get a complimentary starter charging kit, for buying above a certain amount. It was written in EUR my cart was in DKK, so I was like 1-2EUR short of getting it. As you can't cancel or change orders on their site, I had to write to their support, so the order was already shipped before they replied. Thanks to their costumer support I still got the complimentary starter charging kit, and they did standardize the new-customer gift threshold in EUR to avoid confusion in the future.

I had bought a power Bank via Amazon almost three years ago. It died about 4 months ago and I had forgotten that I had a 3-year warranty which runs out in October 26. I contacted the company yesterday, and within an hour had an email saying that they would send me a new one . It arrived today. That is what I call good customer service. It's a great power bank I used it a lot before it died. It's easy to use and quite Powerful - comes in its own little sack so you can store the charger with it. Such a joy to find a company who care about their customers.

Provided me a replacement when the first one did not function well. Excellent customer service and the replacement has worked excellently for the past few months. Thank you.

The 2 INIU Power banks that I purchased were great quality and a great price. They are quite light and compact - pocket sized. I had and issue with one but this was fully and quickly resolved. I would definitely buy again and certainly recommend to a friend.

Purchased two INIU P62-E1 20000mAh 65W Powerbanks due to the fact my Anker banks were recalled for being a fire hazard, the offered replacements were nearly triple the size and customer service appalling. The INIU powerbanks are compact and fast charging, love them so purchased a third. INIU customer services are extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I purchased the P63-E1 Power Bank from INIU last February, and it has been an amazing bit of gear that I bring everywhere with me. Although it's a little heavy, it is small and compact. The 25000mAh capacity keeps several devices' charged up for days on end, and 100W charging gets it done quickly. This year however, my power bank suddenly stopped working. I contacted the INIU support to see what could be done. The Customer Service Team, and in particular, Karlin, have been amazing in helping me. After providing evidence, Karlin was able to arrange a replacement power bank once I shipped the faulty one back. She was even able to replace my power bank with it's updated version! This entire procedure was quickly resolved and I didn't need to jump through hoops to prove myself. Overall, I would entirely recommend INIU and their products, and commend them on their amazing customer service. And again, a huge thank you to Karlin for all her help, she made things so easy for me! :)
