I signed up for this, tries to use it once, it never worked from the beginning. Then I found out they deny me for no reason. When I asked the reason they wouldn't tell me why they denied me. Meanwhile, they have all my personal information, my social security, my legal name, my address, everything. I hope they get reported to someone because what they did is wrong. They tricked me to steal my private information and I got nothing in return. Does Venmo know you do this? Does Paypal? If those companies are legitimate and they use you, they've got a legal situation on their hands.

Total garbage. Mobile deposits won’t ever work. Keeps saying it can’t be reviewed. Tried multiple apps with no luck. Shut this place down. It’s trash.

PayPal and this company are two big pieces of shit. They just tell you to wait to not provide the service they are supposed to provide.. was trying to cash a check for the first time and Ingo money said it looked too risky which made them decide to close my account..

Just horrible. I tried to upload a check on PayPal and was then told to void the check to get my funds just to get denied. So now I have a void check and no funds. The customer service is horrible. No one has been responding to the chats or answering the phone. I have literally been on hold for 31 minutes at the moment. I do not understand why a good company like PayPal would use this crap for their check services.

I never have trouble with Ingo, I’ve ran into a hiccup. Where it was denied, I immediately messaged customer care, they were able to go back talk to their team and approve my check within 5 minutes for any misclarification. The people on here ranting, must of just given up. Or had a check that was just purely questionable. In fact all my checks have been personal hand written and never had an issue. A bit costly but instant is always great

Ingo sucks, they are trying to say that I tried to cash the same check twice. Ummm no I didn't. If and when my check gets approved I throw it away. So that was a lie. Now all my online debit card accounts have been put on hold because of this bullshit accusation.

They are frauds

This review follows 2 attempts to work with this service, both unsuccessful. I feel badly for the poor support reps who tried to help. They deserve my complements, especially since they are working with functions... that don't. You are required to upload proof of your identity (govt ID and SSN) and your deposit account information in order to use this service. They also want a facial shot. The account info and facial biometric were quickly accepted. The scans of valid ID (accepted by other financial institutions) showed, but then an error message appeared stating it did not save and to try again. It still said complete, then kicked out the error message. I reached out to support, who guided me through the process several times, with the same result. They had no remedy that worked. Waited a week and tried again. Same result. Never even got to upload a check to cash, and based on the other stories here maybe that was a blessing. They did get the info. The endless disclosures allow them a lot of latitude. Now the app doesn't even populate, and I can't even delete my account, which is very concerning in this increasingly unsafe digital AI climate. I called the published support number to close my account, nullify all agreements, and destroy all personal info. Again, the rep was wonderful. This "service," app, and overall product performance and security trustworthiness do not rank highly for me, and I will continue to actively monitor my accounts for any lapses.
