We had a very supportive team helping us set up the system. They responded to issues speedily and with professionalism. Considering that everything had to be done over the phone, they did an excellent job overcoming the geographic challenges. They would have had five stars except for the hours of availability: Theirs's is not a 24 hours support line. So any crisis that occurred outside of office hours did not receive their attention until the next business day. Otherwise, they were a great team, always very friendly and encouraging and I would definitely recommend them.

Working with InfoTouch has been a good experience. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their Tech Support isn't always available the exact moment you need help. With doing a lot of weekend hours with the POS machines, getting in touch with someone during that time is not very convenient, especially when you have customers waiting. Other than that, great company to do business with!

Infotouch Store keeper has been our POS system since we opened in 2016. Infotouch has all the tools we need from inventory reporting and purchase ording to age verification and security features.

In initially choosing InfoTouch, our company found them to be honest and upfront about what their program could do and couldn't do for us. Our salesperson (Danny) spent as much time with us as needed to show us not only how the software works, but how it would work for our business. We have been using InfoTouch now 18 months as of this review and have no regrets. The register program has been easy to use and newbies pick it up pretty quickly. Back office usage works well. No software is perfect and any issues we have had have been quickly dealt with via their support. Support was friendly and helpful with our initial training and continues to be so as well.

Overall I have been very pleased. At times, I have had getting in touch with someone after normal business hours, which creates a problem as my business operates nights and weekends
