overall this is good software

We have had infotouch for two years now. We are very pleased overall. The reports could be more informative and the format could be made to transfer across platforms easier.

We had a very supportive team helping us set up the system. They responded to issues speedily and with professionalism. Considering that everything had to be done over the phone, they did an excellent job overcoming the geographic challenges. They would have had five stars except for the hours of availability: Theirs's is not a 24 hours support line. So any crisis that occurred outside of office hours did not receive their attention until the next business day. Otherwise, they were a great team, always very friendly and encouraging and I would definitely recommend them.

Working with InfoTouch has been a good experience. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their Tech Support isn't always available the exact moment you need help. With doing a lot of weekend hours with the POS machines, getting in touch with someone during that time is not very convenient, especially when you have customers waiting. Other than that, great company to do business with!

Overall I have been very pleased. At times, I have had getting in touch with someone after normal business hours, which creates a problem as my business operates nights and weekends

I love this system works perfect you can do so much in it. And the only thing i dont like its not cloud base system eveything else so perfect.. and customer support its way better than any other company.

Although the product itself has some limitations and flaws, the customer service is the absolute best! Any time we get error messages, or have questions about the software, the InfoTouch team is quick to respond with helpful solutions

One and half months after implementing InfoTouch, a few minor glitches that are being supported in a professional manner at this time. I believe that different businesses bring other challenges to InfoTouch, which they are not afraid to take on and help modernize the system. Would like to see reports able to filter and query for more depth data. Would like to see InfoTouch work smoother with other accounting software, and for InfoTouch to offer other alternatives to merchant services. Overall great group of individuals to work with and excited on future use.
