Joaquin, we are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with infoTouch. We do offer after hours support as well as support on weekends as an option. However your software contract expired in June of 2019 and we extended it for free for an additional two months. We contacted you numerous times explaining without payment the software will automatically turn off. You choice was not to purchase. After the processing ended, our staff responded promptly the following business day offering to reinstall the software. Our records show you again refused and the issue was resolved. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused your business.
