I haven’t received my hoop yet, however I really like the community that they have on the app. The people are so supportive! It is a bit expensive, but I don’t think I have ever seen a community so supportive of each other!

When I received my package, it had everything but the waist trimmer was the wrong size. I wasn’t upset, as mistakes happen, so I emailed customer support to let them know what happened. I got upset at first because I never received a response even after following up a couple times. After submitting a new email a week later, I found out that the had not received my first email, and they quickly solved the issue and got the correct belt to me. Thank you Kristine! Great Customer Service

We’re thrilled Kristine was able to jump in, get the sizing sorted, and send the correct belt quickly. Thanks again for the kind words and for sticking with us. We’re cheering you on as you enjoy your Infinity Hoop! ✨ – The Infinity Hoop Team

It took a while to figure out how to use my Infinity Hoop - but once I figured it out I loved how accessible it is! This is the perfect low impact workout for small spaces.

Once I got the hang of getting the weight to go around it is easier than I originally thought. The workout videos in the app are a great way to get it done! My daughter commented I’m making it go around mush faster than when I first started.

Hey Elizabeth, We love hearing this! 💜 It’s amazing how quickly it clicks once you get the rhythm, and it sounds like you’re absolutely smashing it now! We’re so glad the workout videos in the app are helping you stay motivated (and how sweet that your daughter noticed your progress!). Keep up the great work! You’re proof that a little practice goes a long way! ✨ – The Infinity Hoop Team
