5/5/26 Update- DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THEIR GUARANTEE - Infinity hoop emailed me and said if I ended the dispute so they could get their chargeback, then they would refund all my money and send me a pre-paid label to return the products. I ended the dispute and sent them the paperwork on 4/20 to day the charge went back on my account. They didn't reply until 4/26 and told me it would take 75 DAYS UNTIL THEY SAW THE MONEY AND THEY COULD REFUND ME. I called me credit card company who verified they returned the payment to Infinity hoop on 4/20 so I emailed Infinity hoop back on 4/28 and told them that. CRICKETS - they got their money back and lied to me - 75 days is BS. 2/19/26 Order was split but they duplicated tracking numbers and told me everything was delivered. I tried to contact them but they didn't reply until I started a dispute with my credit card company. I wanted to return the part they sent and get a total refund but they wouldn't agree. They finally sent the rest of the product, and contacted me about the dispute. I told them I want to return the order and they stopped contact. My credit card company told me to keep the dispute open until I hear back from them to make the return and get the refund.

According to Shop and Infinity Hoop's website I received my hoop and free gifts all in one package, free gifts were received but no hoop. When you email them you get an automated email back saying that they will get back to you within 2 business days, well its been way more then 2 days. Very very disappointing.

This company has been impossible when trying to contact them, or get a refund. I have long since returned my items, but they only wanted to partially refund me. Customer service is basically non-existent, as it took going through multiple hoops with my payment app to even get a response from the seller. Do NOT do business with this company. They are the worst.

The hoop works fine. It is fun to do. I’m writing this so anyone who buys this knows that you are being signed up for some bs subscription!!! This is robbery!!!! No one ever tells you that your hoop signs you up for this and it costs FORTY DOLLARS a month. This is total fraud!!!!

I ordered an Infinity Hoop and a generic one online to compare. The only reason why I even decided to buy the IH in the first place was because it was ADVERTISED as being quieter than "the dupe". This is false, and they're both loud. So I decided to keep the one that cost half the price and return the IH. I explained why I wanted to return the Hoop and that it was because IH had falsely advertised their product. They made ME pay to ship it back (it took weeks for them to even collect it from the PO Box) and when they finally issued me my refund over 6 WEEKS and 20+ emails back and forth later it was only a partial credit. I then had to argue back and forth with them further and it was only after I bombarded them on Instagram and Facebook that they finally listened and gave me the rest of my refund. I should have saved myself the 1.5 month hassle and just opened a "not as described" case with my credit card company and got my money back that way. Do NOT order from this company - it's a scam!

Update 3/4: I still have not received a call or email from Infinity Hoop. My order number is #613545. Looking forward to hearing from this company and getting a refund. If I could rate a 0 star, I would. I have called and emailed Infinity Hoop several times asking to return my hoop because I am not satisfied. I haven’t received a responses yet. The Customer Service for this company is nonexistent. I’m filing a complaint with the better business bureau due to their false claim of a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied in the first 30days because they make it impossible to contact someone to return the hoop. I was also charged for a subscription fee that I did not authorize. I want a refund for the hoop and the subscription!

I did not enjoy the product, it was very cheap quality and ineffective as a exercise device. My nightmare began when I requested a return the product. Their customer service “team”, which is AI and very incompetent who barely understands what I’ve requesting. I have spent months disputing and trying to get a refund cor my returned product. BEWARE OF THE SHADY TACTICS OF INFINITY- STAY AWAY!!! This company repeatedly refused to engage with processing a refund for weeks, despite me abiding by their 30-day return policy. They only responded once I involved my credit card company. it is deplorable when you read the reviews and seeing how many other consumers they’ve unjustly taken money from. If you can, PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY! I’m begging you buy any other exercise device on the market. Trust me, theirs is so not worth the headache of dealing with such a despicable corporation such as Infinity Hoop.

I was genuinely excited to find a workout that would be fun and not take several hours or traveling to a specific location. Since the delivery of the hoop, I just feel scammed. All of the QR codes in the package were faulty and didn’t work. The hoop itself is just as loud as you’d expect. Not a total deal breaker if you don’t need to be quiet. The free trial of the premium? Never worked. And I was just charged, less than 28 days from delivery, $40 for the same broken feature. Tried to contact support via email and phone. No response yet. Probably the worst customer service experience to date, and I used to call insurance companies for a living. If your product doesn’t work as marketed, the least you can do is respond to support requests. I will continue to spam this company with honest reviews and emails and phone calls to support until I receive a refund.
