I sent notification to customer service…
I sent notification to customer service about an issue that I had with my account and they responded within 24 hours. I was very impressed. Not only did they make it right but they also offered to send me another product to make up for the problem. I have never received such attentiveness and exceptional customer service before. Very impressive team.🎉🥰

I had a small issue
I had a small issue and I contacted customer service and Rose got back to me. And answered my questions, fixed the issue immediately. I cannot thank you her enough for being so kind and helpful and getting things fixed so quickly. Thank you so much Rose, you made my experience the best!!

Wonderful service and community!
I had a wonderful time being a part of the community. Everyone is super welcoming and encouraging. I did have to end my membership due to financial situations, so I sent an email to cancel my online account. I got a response back super fast from Rose and they were so kind and made sure to get it squared away pronto. I was super impressed by how nice they were and how quick the customer service was. And then on top of that they gave me a free gift as a thank you for trying them out! I was so shocked by the generosity and wowed by their kindness. I will 100% continue to use these products and come back to this community!!
