I HIGHLY regret purchasing this product from this shady company. As others have mentioned, the membership charges when you don't even want it. It also doesn't make sense that the trial starts at time of purchase. A 30 day trial is so dumb when the thing doesn't get there until 2 weeks into it. I assumed I would be able to activate it when ready (as most reliable companies have you do). Nope and they won't reimburse for it. They say they warn about upcoming charges. Another lie. I canceled as soon as I was charged and now I can't even get into the membership area because you need an active membership. Feels like you should still have an active membership for the rest of the month, right?! Like every other company on the planet. What a joke. I never even saw what I paid $40 for. I also don't trust the influencers or reviews. I barely had it for a week when I was already being asked to advertise for their product. Something weird about that. Do yourself a favor, do not buy from these people!! There are other weighted hoops out there who are more honest.

Scam company who sent me a defective product then REFUSED to do a return/refund even though I was WELL within their return policy timeframe! Then they started charging me a monthly fee for a service I never asked for and I don’t have access to in order to cancel! MONTHS later, I am STILL being charged even after communicating to them that they DO NOT have my permission to take any money out of my account! I’ve reported them to BBB, and will be reporting these charges as fraud. I HIGHLY recommend staying as far away from this company as you can! Edit to respond to the company’s misleading response: If you really do care about customers receiving defective products, why have I been getting the run around from your customer service team for MONTHS instead of helping me return the item that I IMMEDIATELY reported was defective as soon as I received it? And HOW do I cancel the subscription? Because I’ve been BEGGING ya’ll to cancel it for months! I even told your team that you do NOT have my permission to take one more penny from me, and yet you’re STILL actively charging me every month even though the Hoop has NEVER been usable! If you actually care AT ALL, why don’t you refund the $140 you have stolen from me (so far) and STOP charging me!?!?!?

Beware that you are enrolling into a $39.99 monthly subscription service when you buy this product, and you will have to jump through hoops to get them to stop billing your credit card. If I knew what I know now, I would NOT buy this product. Just buy a damn hola hoop and use it. Same thing. Same results.

When buying the infinity hoop they offer a free training video. Beware if you accept this "free offer" you are actually buying a £30 monthly subscription to more "training videos". These videos are laughable how bad they are, no effort went into them after all you have to do is swing the hoop, there's not 12 months of training to go into it. Disgusting preying on people.

I ordered the Infinity Hoop Pro, but never received my tracker or arm hoops. I emailed them several times, but never received a response. Please be careful when ordering from this company. FRAUD ALERT! I have been fighting with this company for three months now. I never authorized a recurring charge. I bought the hoop. end of story. Instead, i get a recutting charge every month. The support staff claims my emails go to spam and or they acknowledge my emails and do nothing. DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIGHT WITH RECURRING CHARGES EVERY MONTH.

I paid for the arm infinity hoop, just one, at the same time I paid for the hoop and I received the hoop but not the arm hoop. I’ve tried emailing 3 times at different times this past couple of days and still no response. Not to mention when I call the number it goes straight to voicemail. That’s $40 down the drain if I don’t ever get it. I still want it because I like the reviews of those who ACTUALLY received it. I saw another review similar to mine and it said they send it separately, they should fix their email automation then to make it more clear and also send a separate tracking number if it’s going to be sent separately

I purchased the Infinity Hoop, which comes with 30day access to their online support community. Great! I thought, however, once my package arrived with the Hoop and a QR code to scan to get access to this community - it didn't work - okay, no problem! So, I reach out to the Support Team, where it takes 2+ days to get a response. Every time I ask the support team to assist, they ask another question, which I respond to and have to wait another 2+ days for a response. This takes forever, first it's 'what email did you use?' then it's 'can you confirm that's the email you used when purchasing the item?' and then it's 'what name did you use to sign up?' - why couldn't all those questions be in one email? Why so much unnecessary back-and-forth? The last I heard from them (6 days ago), I'm informed that the 30day access starts from your PURCHASE DATE not when you receive the package (which took 12 days), or when you first gain access to the community. I've sent 2 emails since (one on the day they emailed me, and one a few days later) and still haven't heard back. So purchased on Feb 21st - didn't receive package until March 5th - sent in a Support Message on March 6th (and 7th) - didn't first hear back until March 9th. So the earliest I COULD HAVE (but still didn't) gain access would be 16 days after my "30 day access" started. As I'm writing this, I still haven't gotten access to the online community, of which I only have 2 days left to "access" - this whole thing is frustratingly stupid. The product is also louder than advertised, most of the silicone covers for the hoop have minor defects, and to top it all off - the support team is horrible, I'd rather have spent less money on a louder knock off that this expensive scam. I would return it - but unless it's UNUSED, you can't return it AND you'd have to pay to ship it back to them where they may or may not give you a partial refund, depending on if Saturn is in retrograde. Don't make my mistake - get a knock off and spend the extra money on some decent headphones. Edit Update (03/20): Yes, they reached out (before they replied to this) to say they'll "look into it" and "please consider removing your review." Nothing else, nothing solved, nothing done, just more bs. Edit Update (3/27): NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Don't buy from this company. Scam all the way. -100/10 Edit Update (4/1): nothing. no further follow up, no offered refund, no 30 day access. nada. nil. nope. Edit Update (06/24): No followup. No refund. No 30 day access. Not even an email. Just a response that they would "reach out" and never did.
