I forgot to cancel my VIP membership…
I forgot to cancel my VIP membership since I didn't really utilize the benefits and got charged again for it. I contacted customer service the day it posted to ask if I could cancel and be refunded. They were incredibly helpful in processing my request AND sent me a free Arm Hoop as a thank you for trying them out! I certainly wasn't expecting that. What a fantastic company!

What made my experience great is that when I had an issue, customer service was prompt, patient and professional about supporting during this time. Customer service made sure that they resolved the issue in a very timely manner by responding promptly !

Great customer service
This company actually has really great customer service. I had a problem with a subscription that I did not know about, and they cancelled it for me right away and sent me complimentary items. If you are thinking of making a purchase with this company, I would recommend it just because if you do encounter a problem they will promptly solve it for you.

They were very helpful
They were very helpful when I was accidentally charged for something. They fixed it and sent me free samples.
