Infinity HoopReviews of infinityhoop.com

Kristine jumped right in to help and she was on top of it and extremely polite!

There was a charge to my account for membership fees and I didn't sign up for the membership. I was able to get a hold of someone and they refunded my money within the week. They were very nice and efficient to solve the problem.

I was skeptical at first, but the Infinity Hoop has actually been a fun way to stay active. It’s easier to use than a regular hula hoop, doesn’t constantly fall down, and gives a decent workout without feeling miserable. I noticed it gets my heart rate up pretty quickly, especially after a few minutes. The adjustable fit is nice, though it can feel a little bulky at first. Overall, it’s a good option if you want something simple and low-effort to help you move more during the day.

Requested a cancelation for the free community access subscription. I emailed and asked for a conformation. The response email came quickly and said DON'T COME BACK. Tried calling - of course there was no answer. Make me weary. I will watch for charges. Updated my review because I was contacted immediately through Trust pilot and my issue was resolved within 2 days. It was still a lot to go through to get service. Only gave them 4 stars. The product is great - the service is not.

I really like the arm hoops I ordered. I did not read closely and was charged for their monthly community subscription. Alena in customer service was so kind and considerate. She refunded my money without me asking and then also provided me a discount coupon for ordering in the future. They are very nice to work with. The product is also high quality amd works well.

Customer service has been amazing! I did have an issue with the subscription for the community but it was cancelled and refunded. Kristine was super helpful.

I ordered all the equipment at once for the first time. I will have to say some equipment is better than others. I love the Infinity Arm Hoops and the Infinity Waist Hoop is still a challenge for me. I have not got my rhythm on how to keep the ball going around. But I am still learning. I gave this company 4 stars because the EMAIL service support is not very good at all. I got NO response at all on any of my emails. But when I figured out how to contact the service support team through a text. I have been getting instant response to all of my questions really fast through texting. Which I am very happy about. Thank you so much for helping me on a quick response! So if any one else is having EMAIL support problems give TEXTING the support team a shot. It is so much better. I will have to give them a 5 star for the kindness they do. When you do finally get a hold of someone. Thank you!

The Infinity Hoop itself and the idea of it is a good product. However, their small print Community Member Subscription that even though you don’t click on when you order is added on to your order anyways. I hadn’t realized it had been activated per their terms of agreement, until I received notification of an order Activated on April 1. I had ordered the Infinity Hoop for my daughter as well. Her subscription wasn’t due to start until April 15. So I was able to deactivate both subscriptions from a profile that had been created by Infinity Hoop and not myself. I ordered the Infinity Hoop through Shop. I informed, Shop, Shopify, and Infinity Hoop through Shop e-mail that was kicked back. Then I notified Infinity Hoop through the email they had sent me thanking me for my subscription to their Community Member Premium that I had not ordered. So beware that you check your order carefully when you receive your hoop and if you receive the free trial icon, be sure to deactivate it or you will be charged $39.99. I’m disappointed in the business end, not so much the product itself. I enjoy using the product and I figured out how to get the most out of it from a video on You Tube. Oh the price of the MONTHLY subscription is $39.99. That means they would have been charging me $80.00 a month for something I never wanted included in the first place. Update: I am glad to report that after contacting said sources, I received an email today (4/3/26) from Infinity Hoop notifying me that the charge would be refunded to me and that there would be no further charges. I was glad that they heard my concern and resolved my dissatisfaction regarding the added free trial. It let me know that they value their reputation as successful business, however, they need to be transparent when orders are placed and when the customer does not check their free trial membership to not include it. The Infinity Hoop itself is an excellent product that is fun to use and there will be results as stated in their advertising. Thank you Infinity Hoop for your consideration in refunding the charge. Because of their resolve I changed my satisfaction and review.
