Quick and efficient response from Customer Service
While I have only had the opportunity to use the arm hoops a few times, I can see where it will be very beneficial for my bat wings. I did, however, receive a random $39.99 charge on my credit card for Hoop Community, which I was not interested in and did not authorize. I immediately sent an email to the "support" email. By the end of that day I had received an email from Kristine saying that I had been refunded and also given a $15 credit towards a future purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient Customer Service.

Single momma trying to get active.
I have yet to lose a link, but it's only been about two weeks. I also haven't been as consistent as I want, but the tea does work and does keep me energized and focused the supplements. I have noticed that my appetite is starting to decrease and I'm able to not have as many cravings and overall I would say buy it. I did have a problem with my order. I received a two small waistband and my tea vitamins and sweat cream came separately so that could also be a reason why I haven't lost the link but reaching out to the email over the phone or text.

Customer Service
After purchasing the hoop, I had no issues and was thoroughly enjoying it. After a month, I received a withdrawal of $39.99 to my credit card I did not notice upon purchase that there is a monthly charge for the Infinity Hoop Community. I reached out to customer service, asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription and Rose took care of the issue quickly and seamlessly. I was very happy with the customer service! I just recommend not clicking the free 30 day trial if you're not prepared to pay the monthly fee or cancel before charged.

LOVE my hoop!
The only reason I did not give this product a full five stars is because there can always be improvements made in the quality of the product, meaning when putting the belt on after a few try's the pieces separate more easily and the piece connecting the ball to the hoop jams a bit when breaking it in. The sweat cream INCREDIBLE! the waist belt PERFECT! and if you stick to the whole 30 minutes your gonna be sweaty, yes you may have to work your body up to this so give yourself grace if you need to stop a lot in the beginning but it does get better! There is no better feeling then getting to take off a link #Accomplishment

Great customer service!
After purchasing the hoop, I had no issues until I suddenly received a withdrawal of $39.99 to my bank account. I did not notice upon purchase that they charge a monthly community fee after you purchase your hoop. While the community is beneficial with recipes, workouts, and a wide support system, I cannot afford the monthly payment, and wasn't expecting it. I reached out to customer service, asking for a refund and cancellation of this subscription and Rose had it taken care of in no time! Very happy with the customer service!

I love my infinity hoop
I love my infinity hoop. It is great movement that is low impact and I can fit into my schedule! However, they’re not transparent that they charge you a subscription to their community after 30 days, but customer service was super helpful and refunded me.

Refund was so easy
When I received an email for an order I was charged for, I was really confused. I had placed an order for the infinity hoop, and later for the arm hoops. I did not place any more orders, and yet here was an order confirmation for $39.99 I didn't place. I immediately emailed customer support to request the order be cancelled. I was contacted a day later by Kristine, my money refunded fully. Kristine was professional and kind, and I am so happy with how quickly my issue was resolved.
