Don't expect to get your order
Don't expect to get your order. Infinity hoop has no problem taking your money and not filling the order. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now and when I check my order status it has yet to be shipped. So unhappy and Noone answers the phone and the emails are automatic reply.

No customer service at all
No customer service at all, Have emailed and called multiple times to return the item which could have been purchased on AMAZON. I will file BBB and FTC complaints to resolve. Checked SPAM folder DAILY. No reply and 30 day window to return is closing. This company is a sham. The site subscribes you to a program without telling you resulting in a recurring charge. Don't purchase this item from them as their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Be advised there is another listing for this company on TRUST Pilot that has all the negative 1 star reviews.

I have called and emailed the company…
I have called and emailed the company many times because I was automatically put in the $49 member subscription I never signed up for. I left messages because it goes to voicemail after clicking for operator and it during business hours it frustrating. I want to be refunded and nobody responds.

The hoop itself is fine the business is a SCAM
The hoop itself is fine. I feel the knockoffs work just as well. The customer service is horrible and DO NOT enroll in the monthly plan. They will never cancel it. I am now on email number 3, a phone call, a report with the Better Business Bureau, and a dispute with my credit card company.

Do not recommend
I placed an order on April 6th. It is April 22nd and I still have no tracking information. I sent an email 6 days ago requesting to cancel my order, but have not received a response.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! Rip off. I bought a hoop. Hoop was delivered. I am not a person who sits on my phone and computer all the time. I am too busy. I started noticing charges of $39.99 taken out of my bank account. Tried numerous times to call customer service and it is never answered. I even tried different times of the day AND night. Left messages but no return call. HORRIBLE customer service. Went over their terms and conditions, no mention of them being able to go into my bank account every month. Emailed them for a refund on all money taken out of my account without my permission, a week later I get a generic email saying basically that's how it is. THIEVES. DO GET IT. Florida attorney General needs to be notified. Crooks.

Don't purchase
Don't purchase. Although the product may work for you it is a scam to get $39.00 monthly community fee after first 30 days and it is really difficult to get a refund and stop the auto debit. They have auto reply emails that they are reviewing. I know I unchecked the checkmark when I ordered but here i am trying to get my $39.00 back and get my monthly subscription canceled. Check them out on BBB the have an F rating. UPDATE: I was very careful to check to make sure that there were not any boxes checked about subscriptions. In fact when I received the hoop there was a postcard requesting that I join the Community. I took that to mean I was had not joined accidentally but your company auto charged me 30 days from date of purchase.

Scam don't buy this
Scam don't buy this. Super cheap. Doesn't roll around in the tracks smoothly just gets stuck. Customer service will not respond.
