I absolutely love my infinity hoop! For once I enjoy working out and am proud of myself! Each day I’m able to hoop a little longer and am getting better at it. I have been doing my diet and hoop for 3 weeks now and have lost 8 lbs. I’ve also noticed I have more energy as well!

I first saw the "30 day infinity hoop challenge" on social media. It always piqued my interest. Even though I was VERY skeptical. How can a hula hoop motion help you lose weight? Well one day I saw it was 50% off so I was like sure. Why not? I started using my infinity hoop. It was hard at first to keep it going around. But I eventually got it. I started the 30 day challenge with the promise of loosing a link... I was like no way that's happening... Well. Yesterday was my 30 days of hooping... I lost a link!!! AND 16 lbs!!! Yes I did change my eating habits as well. But infinity got me moving every day. My pants are fitting looser and I compared pictures from the day I started to Yesterday and I can SEE the difference!! If you are on the fence... I say do it! Get the infinity hoop!!! You will NOT regret it!!!

Love this group. Like others, I have mobility issues and was feeling disheartened by the things I could no longer do. Then wow, I discover infinity hooping. And with the support of this lovely group, it's changed my life. Everyone sends such positive comments to each other. And although I'm jot ready to share pics, the videos keep me motivated. Excellent.
