I unknowingly subscribed to a subscription when I bought the hoop. The service member quickly canceled the subscription and refunded me with no hassle.

I love the Infinity Hoop products…
I have loved the Infinity Hoop products I have purchased. I have the classic waist Hoop. Had to buy 2 so it fit me at first. I wish I could have gotten maybe a 5 link bundle, but I am ok with what I got. I liked it soo much and it was soo easy to use I got the new arm hoops. The design is really easy to use and works more than just your arms when you use them. The only thing I have not liked is the auto subscriptions, which was canceled and refunded right away. I understand wanting community and getting that from the source of your equipment, but with YouTube and the economy right now you don't need to pay for it.

Thank you Richard! My Service was prompt and the communication was clear and excellent! …
When I placed my order for the product that I ordered, I did not either understand or had some misinformation about the subscription to the community. Once I discovered this when my renewal came up I reached out and asked that it be canceled because I did not need the community and I had even tried to reach out and hadn’t been able to connect to the community. Richard My Customer Service representative responded within 24 hours of my message and after two or three very brief emails between the two of us we were able to come to understanding, and I was not charged for any further charges, and I was even offered a gift of an additional product.

Subscription oops
I unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription after ordering another product. I contacted customer service after canceling the subscription on my portal. Darlene was quick to respond, verify that the subscription was canceled, submitted for a refund to my card, AND offered to send me 2 free gifts for being a loyal customer. Responses were quick, clear, & made me feel heard. Great company with wonderful costumer service.... very impressed!

Customer Service
This review is solely on Customer Service. They are responsive. Went above and beyond with my concerns. Wished all companies took care of their customers the way Infinity Hoop did. Shoutout to Darlene who was GREAT!!!

Customer service was exceptional
Customer service was exceptional. They gave me a partial refund for hoop as I couldn’t use it due to back issues. They were more than willing to accommodate. Thank you!
