I can't say enough good things about the hoop or the community that comes with it. I am still fairly new, day 8, but I am already noticing small changes like more energy. The workouts are challenging, but don't hurt my body, and the community is so supportive. Got a question, you will have answers in minutes. Feeling down, so many people will jump in eith comments to help you. Celebrating a success large or small...let us celebrate with you!

I tried pretty much everything I could think of and change to get some weight off and nothing worked. Just did my second day of hooping an I definitely feel the burn!!! I can’t wait to start seeing results. I would love to get back down to the weight I was before I went through all of my medical problems with weight gain!
