I love my infinity hoop
I love my infinity hoop! I did not read clearly and was charged a monthly subscription but was helped by rose and she refunded me back no questions asked thanks rose.

The quality of the infinity hoop is…A-number 1
The quality of the infinity hoop is excellent! I just started using mine recently after a shoulder replacement and I am already noticing changes in my waist and hips! I also applaud this company for responding quickly to an issue that I didn’t realize when I ordered my hoop, apparently I accidentally signed up for a subscription and when I saw the withdrawal on my bank account, I contacted the company, explained the mistake and they quickly responded and replaced the money and also went above and beyond with a gift card!! I definitely recommend you get yourself an Infinity Hoop from this trusted site!!🤗

Customer Service review
I had ordered the infinity hoop online and it came with some free gifts, one of the gifts is a slimming belt and I didn’t realize I was supposed to have picked a size for it. After I ordered it looking at the website, I realized I made a mistake and did not pick a size so I contacted Customer Service and the representative I got helped me resolve my problem. They were very helpful and pretty quick texting me back. I cannot wait to get the infinity hoop and start using it and the free gifts also. I definitely will be leaving another review once I get it and use it to let everyone know how well it works. But, the Customer Service aspectof infinityhoop.com is perfect, helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Definitely five stars for Customer Service. Very pleased.

Customer Service …
My review is based on my experience with customer service. I wanted to cancel my membership after my 30 day fee membership. And I emailed them ( it took a few days for a response) but they emailed me and not only did they refund me for this month April but canceled the membership and gave me a discount code to use on other products. So I give there customer service a A+

My road to recovery is paved by Infinity
The waist band hoop is fun to use and doesn’t put a strain on my old injuries. I am a 54 year old grandmother that has suffered multiple fractures and other mobility injuries, which have made traditional exercise difficult, painful, or impossible for me. I feel like the infinity hoop has put me on the road to reclaiming my health.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my subscription and Alena in customer was wonderful! She was under and fixed my issue right away and apologize even though I am pretty sure it was my fault. I give their customer service 10 out 5! Alena is what all CSRs should be.
