Quick and excellent customer service
I had a misunderstanding with my order and was charged for something I wasn’t aware of or didn’t realize. I emailed Infinity hoop and they immediately resolved the issue and credited my account. This was by far the fastest and best service I received from anything I’ve ever ordered online. thank you so much, Darlene for your help.

Great communication.
I was pleased to receive an email. Stating that my package was being packed and shipped and could arrive in two separate shipments. It's nice to have a company that reaches out. And keeps up communication with their customers. Communication is key to good customer service. And infinity, hoop has great communication skills.

My new hoop
As I had written before, I purchased my first Infinity Hoop a few years ago and am very pleased with it. Since then I purchased a few knock offs and unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I went to the Infinity Hoop website on 5/9 and ordered another Infinity Hoop and received it on 5/15/26 and I love it!

I am impressed
The customer service is very helpful. I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the product. The packaging is thoughtful and careful, with attention to every little detail. I was delighted to find that it even came with a belt, a measuring tape, and a silicone protector. I am truly impressed and grateful. It was worth ordering the product.

CSR Kristine replied to my concerns promptly and 100% plus fixed my problem. I am very happy with the results and please if you have any concerns or problems they the company responds fast, and are very courteous.

Help with order
I am writing this review based on my correspondence with Kristine. I was frustrated because there are delays in receiving the arm hoops and while I am still waiting on those to arrive, they billed me for the community video access of $39. I reached out and asked to be refunded as I haven't received product to even use yet, and she immediately took care of issuing me a refund and a coupon for future use, and it appears I should be receiving my order in the next week. I guess social media made them in demand...haha. can't wait to try them. Thank you Kristine for your professionalism and help!!!

I love my product
I love my product. I got the arm hoop recently and it is amazing. I had an issue with a subscription that I was signed up for that I didn’t know was there and they helped me get it cancelled and refunded me for it without any issues. Their customer service is wonderful and they are very helpful.
