Customer service is on point
Before I was even able to order my Infinity Hoop I had issues with my payment going thru. I contacted customer service and received an auto reply within 2 minutes. Then about 20 minutes later I received an email from an actual person. She gave me some tips to try. I tried them and was able to place my order. Customer service was very easy to deal with as well as being very helpful. I'm excited to receive my Infinity Hoop.

Great customer service
Sent an email about a problem with my account and it was answered in a timely fashion. Very friendly customer service. You can tell it’s actually a person writing not a bot.

Hooping for weight loss
I’ve been using my hoop since February. When I started my journey I was at 250 pounds and needed all the links. As of right now I’m 219 pounds and have removed 2 links from my hoop. I’m 65 years old and haven’t hooped since I was a teenager so I was a lil nervous about it but I’m enjoying it every day now and if your thinking about buying one I highly encourage you to do so. You will be glad you did!!!

Customer service!
I am still getting the hang of using my infinity hoop, but today I was informed that the subscription had been paid. I guess I lost track of the days. I contacted customer service and received a rather prompt and polite response. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the most recent charge! Definitely would buy from them again

I had an issue with the sizing and with the fact that I couldn’t get the weighted ball or my (jumping Joey) as I call him to continue going around, it did take me a couple of tries to get to the right person, but I got through to Lyra and she did amazing! She cleared up my issues and I am hopefully on my way to loosing weight fast…..P.S. I had already started a routine, making it go round and round, and a dance routine, doing it for 30 minutes at a time, didn’t think much of it at first, because it wasn’t doing the actual routine, but I went to the dr. And am down 11pounds and 6 inches in 5 weeks- yay! Thank you again Lyra, you have been wonderful!

Great Experience and Customer Service
My experience was great because I order one wrist hoop, thought it was two and was able to get a refund for the double shipping when I ordered the 2nd. I also like the product. Thanks so much for the customer service:) Kristine was fabulous!
