I didn’t realize that I had signed up…
I didn’t realize that I had signed up for a subscription when I ordered my infinity loop, and was quite surprised when I was charged $39.99. I reached out to your customer service and received a reply within 24 hours and they didn’t refund me but offered to send me a compression sleeve for my knee.

Shop app showed the wrong info
So I figured that the issue was the Shop app that this company (used to?) use, showing that my package was delivered. It made me think that someone stole my package! I emailed the company's support email address and got help in only a few days with an updated tracking link. Richard, thank you for your help and I hope you get a well deserved raise 😊

I sent an email on Sunday for an issue I was having with an order, (remember Monday was a holiday) Darlene from customer service had it all handled by 8:30 Tuesday morning. Can't get better Customer Service then that!
