“Free trial”
They bundled a free 30 trial into my order which I was unaware of and did not use. I did not receive a reminder email or notice before my card was charged $30. I reached out to them and they refused to issues a refund because they said it was outlines in their policy. I expressed to them that I did not sign up for a subscription and therefore I did not know how to cancel something I didn’t know I had.

My hoop broke within the first 10 uses
My hoop broke within the first 10 uses. I have reached out to the company for service and never heard back. Also, they claim that only the knock offs are loud, this one was no quieter than the cheaper one someone bought me on Amazon. Save your money! Do not recommend!

Not the greatest
Hard to get going, weighted ball keeps getting stuck and stopping. One of the main reasons I bought was because it was supposed to be quiet.. it is not at all. Gonna keep going because I spent a bunch of money on all this but does not fulfill its promises so far.

I purchased my infinity hoop during a…
I purchased my infinity hoop during a sale, there must have been a glitch when I ordered my hoop because it defaulted back to the first option, and I chose another with a larger size. I emailed immediately about this error and that what was ordered wasn’t correct. I still haven’t received any communication from the company and I got the incorrect hoop delivered today. I wanted to try it so bad, but the size sent is too small and I can’t even try it 😩
