The Infinity has been a great purchase
The Infinity has been a great purchase, it is fun and easy to use! I didn't realize the subscription portion was on the order but when I received the payment notification, I reached out to cancel and Rose from the support team responded right away with the cancelation and refund, which was awesome. This gave me even more confidence in the company.

Excellent customer service
Though I did not care for the Infinity Hoop, the customer service was absolutely excellent. They responded to my request for a refund of the community subscription within 10 minutes and granted me my refund. Darlene was very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and I enjoyed my correspondence with her.

Great Customer Service
Customer Service was very efficient and took care of the subscription (I didn't pay attention to the wording when ordering the hoop) by getting it cancelled and my money refunded.

Fast and Good Customer Service
I am enjoying the hoop but didn't pay close enough attention to the free trial period of their Infinity hoop program so I was caught off guard when I was charged $39.99. I emailed customer service and in under an hour, Darlene had written me back and canceled the membership for me and refunded the money. I really appreciated the quick response as well as how easy and fast the process was!

Customer service excellence
Customer service excellence! First off, I love the infinity hoop. I had one minor issue with an unexpected monthly subscription, but the customer service was very willing to work with me to correct this!

Infinity hoop had helped me so much…
Infinity hoop had helped me so much I've lost 7 links and when I lost my hoop due to moving, I got right back on the saddle. It's most effective if you do it every day. They are kind and they help when possible it's a great tool to use to lose weight!
