They fixed my mistake with no hassle.
I ordered the loop and accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I noticed I contacted customer service. They were extremely nice but weren’t sure if they could correct it before the order was shipped. But they did send me a form to send it back for a refund if they could not correct what was my mistake which was not at all fault. I received my order today and they had managed to send the correct size in my order after all. I really appreciate that not only did they fix my mistake they had given me a way to fix it just in case they couldn’t correct it prior to it being shipped out. Can’t wait to try out the loop.

Worth it
I started my hooping journey about a month ago. Since then I have felt much better in my skin. I haven't noticed weight loss yet, but I have lost 1 link and can tell another is getting ready to be removed. The workouts have been low impact, which is something I need, but also beneficial to me. The product is worth it to purchase and use.

Hi Dani, Losing your first link and already getting close to the next one is such an exciting milestone! Even better, we love hearing that you’re feeling more confident and enjoying workouts that feel good for your body. Keep going at your own pace and celebrating those wins along the way. We’re cheering you on! – The Infinity Hoop Team 💜

Refund for community premium
I misread how the premium community would auto renew, when I purchased the infinity hoop bundle deal sale. I canceled the membership and requested a refund. Darlene replied right away and was very understanding. She gave me a refund that I should receive within 3-7 days along with a gift card. I really wished I used the community but life just happened. Great customer service!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made a purchase over a month ago & then saw a new charge today. I emailed customer service that I did not make a new purchase. They immediately credited my account back and also explained what the charge was for. It was COMPLETELY my mistake but they still issued credit to me & also sent me a gift. GREAT customer service & I highly recommend this company!
