Excellent customer support!!!!!!!!!
I had some confusion on an order, so I sent an email. ROSA was a life saver! She explained what happened and offered a little thank you gift for my confusion. It's very rare to have a positive interaction with customer service. But I feel like ROSA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH KIND AND CARING STAFF ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! i honestly had to keep asking myself if she was a robot or not. 🤣🤣🤣

Positive customer service experience
Lyra was quick to respond and assist. I found it difficult to place an order for myself and one to gift. The hoop size chart was very confusing to me and I suggested they simplify it by changing it to waist circumference. Also if 4 extra links is 8 inches, why does a 40 inch waist not require 20 or 21 links? I also found it impossible to get past the screen that enlisted me in recurring charges, more computer work, or phone calls! And additional charges beyond the cost of the hoop and shipping. I felt Lyra heard my frustration and genuinely intends to take them further. If your product is great. Let the purchase of it and good referrals bring you revenue. It is so difficult these days having to watch credit card statements and bank accounts to catch charges and fees not fully understood. Do better, be more customer friendly. I did feel heard by Lyra. I have not received my hoop yet, nor the one I am gifting. I am excited and Tiff has been my inspiration as i have closely watched her weight loss journey! Thank you Tiff! Thank you Lyra! Hopefully my next review will be Thank you Infinity Hoop💖

Their customer service was phenomenal!
Their customer service was phenomenal! I made mistakes & they still helped me. They went above & beyond in my opinion. Could not have expected how good the outcome was, given the circumstances

Prompt and painless!
The customer service was prompt and painless. I had an issue with not receiving all the products, Kristine went above and beyond to dig into my order and find that it had been two separate shipments versus one.

Amazing customer service
I got charged for a recurring membership to the online community that I forgot to cancel. I reached out to customer service and Richard replied within a couple of hours, refunded the charge, and canceled the membership for me. Customer service is always so responsive
