Great customer service!
Great customer service!I had a question about the community plan so I replied to an email that was sent to me confirming my order was processed and Mia replied back right away adjusting the plan for me, she was extremely nice and very helpful! She made my experience of ordering online stress free,she even gave me a cream for free and I can't wait to use the products I'm getting from them.

I asked for a refund on the…
I asked for a refund on the subscription because I didn’t want it nor did I have the intention of getting it. I got a response within a couple of hours and The customer service person Rose was understanding and quick with responses. Needless to say I got my money back

Infinity Hoop's outstanding customer service
I had a small mechanical issue with my original purchase. I reached out to customer service and I was pleasantly surprised. I received a quick response from Rose who was super helpful. Not only did she help resolve my issue, she was very communicative throughout the entire process. Infinity Hoop and Rose - thank you!!

Sadly
Sadly, I had to return my hoop due to my health challenges. The process was smooth and support always communicated with me. My refund was granted and I will order again when I am much healthier!

I am so thankful that I reached out to customer care. They handled my situation with such thoughfulness and was very quick to answer. They truly listened to me and understood my situation and was very accomodating. I will recommend Infinity Hoop to anyone I know, great product and even better customer care by Kristine.
