The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of a computer glitch on their website that charged me for several subscriptions. But when I brought this issue up to the Infinity Hoop team, they treated me with kindness, respect, and action. They reimbursed the accidental charges quickly and with humility. The team that looked into my account was trustworthy, honest, and timely. So despite the computer glitch, I would definitely still recommend Infinity Hoop products based on my interactions with the company. As far as customer service goes, they hit it out of the park. Thanks again, Infinity Hoop team!

Just started day 1 and can already tell the community is going to be so helpful in my 30day journey! Can't wait to see where the next 29days takes me!

11/04 - amended again (4 stars): After receiving the wrong items again, Lyra was determined to get my situation fixed. It was a few more weeks and emails later, that I finally got the Super Fat Burner. While this has been a bit of a rollercoaster, it worked out in the end. Thank you to Lyra for working hard to make this right. It was much appreciated. Amended review (3.5 stars): After my first review I was reached out to by the customer service team. They were sorry to hear about my disappointing experience and offered a couple freebies (one of which was supposed to be available upon receipt of my order), that was nice of them. I look forward to trying out the Super Fat Burner, here's hoping it'll help me look extra fierce in my BFF's wedding next month 🙂 I am pleased with their speedy response to try and make things right. They also said that they would take my suggestions regarding the pre-hoop workouts, I hope they do, as i think that will be beneficial to all newcomers. Original review (2 stars): Where do I begin? There was a lot left to be desired. To start, I ordered the GLP-activate and received the Berberine supplement instead. No note or communication for the swap. I sent two emails with no response to try and get the switch-up corrected. Then the main admin from the Skool community was kind enough to start to contact them on my behalf, this went on for about a month. Finally I heard back and they informed me that they were out of the GLP-a and were substituting it with the Berberine without confirming this was ok. Especially frustrating when the GLP-a was still showing as available on the website. They did end up refunding me for the inconvenience, but still disappointing. The QR code for a free Super Fat Burner was pointless as that is always out of stock as well. The Skool subscription starts as soon as you purchase the hoop, not when you receive the hoop or activate/sign up for the Skool community, so make sure you know that if you want to unsubscribe (through the website, not the Skool app) before it auto charges you. What they should tell you is that there's a two week prep course to do while you wait for your hoop. This was a nice warmup course, but I didn't know about it until I signed up for it, after I got my hoop, a week later. The hoop is not silent. Like not at all lol. Tried the baby powder trick, no help. And no, it wasn't loose either. With all that said, I did lose a link in the 30 days, so it did work, just everything else was a let down.

What made it a great experience is that they talk to you throughout the video and if there was a position that you could not do they showed you other ways to do it. Which was very helpful .

I just received my IH. I have not used it yet as I just returned from vacation yesterday. My insurance just stopped covering my Zepbound after a 75 lb weight loss. I am at 290 now and tomorrow will be my day 1 of my 30 day challenge.

Great group of people (mostly women) who will root for you and help get you going! The guided workouts in the classroom are also great, and a couple new ones have been added recently. Had one minor incident where a thread got a bit out of my comfort level (exclusion), but I know it wasn’t intended to be hurtful. It was handled in a civilized manner. Overall a good experience.

Still working on getting my groove on but it has been fun and I find myself wanting to exercise every day! In my 39 years of life, I have never wanted to exercise!
