Infinity is a very shady insurance company. Their insured did not stop at a 4 way stop and hit me. 100% their fault. They denied my claim saying it was a he said/she said situation (their insured obviously lied or they encouraged her to). I sent in my appeal to their denial of my claim with no response. Now I am getting calls/letters from Claims Resource Services (collections agency) on behalf of their client Infinity trying to collect money from me that they paid out to their insured. Talk about ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. I follow the rules of the road and their insured doesn't but they want me to pay them. Ridiculous. SHADY SHADY SHADY.

Was with Infinity two years and my vehicle tires were vandalized. The tires were only 6 months old and I sent them police report, pictures and a statement from Manager of tire company they had been vandalized, along with court documents. Infinity adjuster called me a liar saying they could not see puncture marks in tires although they were chalk-marked. They are very good at taking $200.00 out of my bank account every month, but stink at paying a claim. Will be cancelling my insurance with them tomorrow first thing in the morning! DO NOT USE INFINITY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!

La peor compañia de seguro q pueda tener tuve un accidente en mi carro nada grave los llame tardaron uffff unos 3 mese en atenderme el carro lo atendieron no le hicieron bien la inspeccion el taller donde fui le echaban la culpa al seguro el seguro le echaba la culpa al taller osea nadie hacia nada el taller me dio el numero de un tal carlos valencia ya hace 6 meses estoy esperando q carlos me devuelva la llamada les envie las fotos de los detalles q no revisaron y quedaron pendiente y me dijo q me llamaba aun estoy esperando

Infinity insurance is a total rip off and they will bond you on paper and make you pay faithfully every single month and when something happens they will find every reason/ excuse to not cover or stand by their client. I've actually had to get a lawyer to fight this car insurance because they are completely in the wrong. Keep in mind there was never any payments missed. I have the police report that states the other party in the accident was 100% at fault. Again Infinity takes your money every single month but will not pay anything when it's necessary. Do not trust this company they are extremely untrustworthy.

Check your options before you sign!. After two weeks of being insured with Infinity we found a way better deal with All state my old insurance to which we decided to switch because at the end of the day it was like a 100 dllr difference monthly. After two weeks when we decided to cancel they would only return us 100 dllrs of the 455 we gave for down and first month. I GET IT! some companies have a cancelation fee and bla bla bla but keeping 355 for two weeks of being insured? That was the most expensive insurance ever for 14 days. I see where I went wrong, I should have asked around for quotes but now that would be my advice to you BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Hice un reclamo desde Julio 13, 2018. Después d enviarme todos los documentos de la tasación y la declaración de pérdida total de conjunto con el valor del cheque restándole mi deducible me ha llamado Gonzalo Jiménez para decirme que mi caso tiene un nuevo representante y que estoy en una fila esperando por algo que no entiendo. He confiado en la seriedad de Infinity y por esta razón les escribo para tener una solución correcta antes de tramitar una queja al departamento de asuntos financieros y a todo el que tenga que ver con malas prácticas de representación y respuesta a un reclamo que lleva más de 30 días presentado. Tendría muchísimas otras situaciones que declarar pero prefiero no mencionarlas en este momento. Solo necesito el pago por el monto de 9904.00 tal y como se me comunico por escrito hace más de 15 días. Apreciaría su pronta atención. Esperanza Estenoz 20003271192

Very unpleasant experience so far got rear ended by a infinity insurance policy holder and they can’t even get a hold of their own client how sad. Unfortunately because they can’t get a hold of their client they have not mentioned anything about fixing my car. They gave me the number of a supposedly adjuster that will call me in 2-3 days and never got call day 5 comes I call them and now that said it was given to another adjuster. Sadly they never called and mentioned a new adjuster was assigned poor communication and thanks for informing me a new adjuster was assigned .Horrible company to deal with
