Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything. I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

No sirve . No son diligentes , me siento estafada , te venden una poliza falza y cuando la vas a necesitar te dicen que no te cubre una cosa o la otra. Son unos estafadores. No la recomiendo.

they are charging me 114 dollars after I canceled and when they owe mw money they send a 114 service fee letter telling me 20 days or collections!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely a bottom of the barrle insurance company.

Llevo tres semanas esperando respuesta para reparen mi carro y mi representante karlo Gonzales nunca me responde los correos o llamada hasta el propio taller de Braman les llamo y no hay respuesta yo pago un seguro de tres carros de más 600 dólares y tengo que rogarles a ustedes para me resuelvan y ya mandaron la inspección de brama y yo también pero no hay respuesta mi mi número de reclamo de a 23123476198 ahí está mi información espero su respuesta

Worst auto insurance ever! We have had this insurance for a couple of years thinking that the car would be covered if there was an accident, guess what it isn't. A lady hit our parked car and Infinity has done nothing to help me file a claim with the woman's insurance, they never return my phone calls and have the most unhelpful claims adjusters I have ever seen. It has been 3 months that I haven't been able to use my car and it is just sitting and no help at all from this company. I will never use this insurance again

This is the worst insurance company that exists, I had two accidents on different dates and in different cars under their coverage, and they were not responsible for any of them, they always have an excuse not to pay, and they don't help at all, they don't even bother to explain to you, they don't take calls, please don't waste your money and your energy with this company, you think it's cheap but in the long run it's very expensive to hire these scoundrels

Es una pésima aseguranza pago $64.22 cada mes y llevo 3 meses con mi carro chocado el ajustador nunca tienen tiempo para contestar mis llamadas sigo esperando ese Mensaje para enviar las fotos del auto y seguiré esperando porque no lo mandan ...Pésimo servicio enverdad Busca una mejor opción de Aseguranza No te recomiendo.
