We have been using Infinite Massage now for a few years, and I really enjoy working with them. They have made scheduling massage appointments extremely easy! Our employees really look forward to getting a massage. It has become so popular that we went from offering them once a month, to every other week. While this has become a little costly since we have 400 employees, we feel the benefit of getting a massage and the happiness it brings to our employees, is well worth the cost!

Our event was schedule at 1:30pm today. At 1:35pm the therapist hadn't shown up for our event. At 1:42pm the therapist came into our office like a bull in a china cabinet. Her first words out of her mouth was "there is no way to find you". We have adequate signage on the door. I asked her why she didn't call if she was having issues locating us. She stated that she isn't provided with that information. My next question was why didn't she call her company to contact us. Needless to say we haven't gotten off to a good start. I asked her if we were pushing everyone's appointment back by 10-15 minutes since she was late. She replied "I only need a few seconds to setup". Again, we aren't off to a good start. The first person on our list was the owner of the company who was taking 2 slots (30 minutes). During his time, the therapist's cell phone was going off as she was receiving text messages. During the session the owner was quizzing her on why she was late. She stated that she didn't leave "uptown" until 1pm, was caught in holiday traffic, blah blah blah. Also during this session she stated that she would NEVER be coming back here again as Allen was too far. She also stated that she didn't like the company that she worked for. Nice employee you have representing your company! Needless to say we are only 3 people into our 12 people session and I am writing this review. We were pondering with the idea of making this a monthly event but needless to say I think we will be searching for another company. It is my understanding that Infinite Massage contracts their therapists as the owner of NHI was given a card by the therapist - Massages by Sandie. Not sure if Infinite Massage is aware of this or not. I wouldn't think you would want your therapists who are representing your company soliciting their own business.

I appreciated Stacy giving us a discount and Danielle helping us schedule a 20-minute chair massage for 9 people at our office yesterday afternoon! Tracy was a great therapist who arrived early to set-up and was very calming and professional. The whole experience was great. We didn't have trouble finding a date or anything. It was easy to pay and include tip on a credit card, and I would highly recommend Infinite Massage!

Infinite Massage makes the process very easy for both the employer and employee to schedule onsite massage. We have been working with them for the past few years and look forward to continue working with them. I would definitely recommend to other companies.

Chere was awesome, everybody at the office loved her. she was on time and always with a smile on her face. We enjoyed the 15 min break and this was for our Employee Appreciation Day a wonderful gift. Thank you Chere and Infinite Massage!
