Our chair massage event was a wonderful experience! The staff enjoyed it immensely. SJ handled everything. The process was seamless. Our massage therapist was fantastic. We are continuing our corporate chair massage events every month with Infinite Massage! Thank You!

Our company uses Infinite Massage's service once every month. Most of the therapist who have came have been okay - I would give the overall rating a 4. However, we usually ask for Veronica who is absolutely the best. We have never been dissatisfied with her - hence the 5 star rating.

April was on-time, professional, very personable, and thoughtful to each individual's needs. All those who received her chair massage said she was great! Our office still smells heavenly from her aromatherapy! If we do this again, we would ask for her again!

It hurt! It could just be me though. I am very tight and have many problem areas. However, it was more pain than pleasure. But, I think if I have one done more often, it will certainly help. I did feel better afterwards.

I feel that you have a professional set up when it comes to your website, email wording, and response time. However, I didn't care for the lack of customer service I received when I made a phone call to ask a few questions about the service. The representative did not remember sending me an email the day before, and seemed very caught off guard that I called to ask a question. Also, I wanted to get availability before I sent the credit card authorization in, and initially that wasn't an option. That process might want to be tweaked for this particular representative.

I submitted a request for booking and received an instant response. Very happy with the follow-up and overall service. Something our employees look forward to.

Our experience with Infinite Massage was fantastic. We requested chair massage for a corporate event. They were able to accommodate us with less than 24 hours notice and the transaction was easy and efficient. Our masseuse , Heather, was amazing! We would highly recommend!
