These shoes are amazing! I’m not much of a heel wearing person and generally just tolerate them for events so when I say they are comfortable they ARE! The Camilla heel is gorgeous, so well made and absolutely comfortable. I wore them to a wedding and the next day had no foot pain at all. I even purchased a 2nd pair a few days later. My contact with customer service and my experience with Anthony was fantastic! He was prompt, extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with-SUPERB!!

Inez heels are truly the BEST shoes I have ever owned. They are beautiful, well made and designed, and so comfortable. Not only do they have a beautiful and reliable product, but they have some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Everyone on their team is kind, responsive, and makes sure that you’re getting exactly what you want from Inez. Once I bought my first pair of Inez, I already knew I’d be a loyal fan. Inez shoes are STUNNING and comfortable— but the customer service is what blew me away. I’ve never experienced such human, generous, real help from any other company. I can’t say enough good things about how quickly and helpfully they respond— for example, today, I reached out about an unusual issue and Anthony responded swiftly and solved my issue immediately. Inez shoes are the best! I have very narrow feet and they fit me so well and they are truly comfortable. I have 3 pairs of high sandals that I have worn for weddings and parties, dancing the night away and I'm the only one who didn't have to take off her shoes. They are the most comfortable and beautiful shoes I have ever worn. Love, love, love!

Very speedy and excellent customer service!! I had an issue with the sole on one of my shoes and they went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Purchased and received my first two pairs of shoes. They are not just stunning - they are comfortable and have that shoemaker quality and feel. I have to size up on my favorite of the two. First of all, the Camilla is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. I had to get a second pair in another color and will probably get black next. A gorgeous, high heeled platform shoe that somehow feels like I’m wearing flats. Inez’ Customer Service is truly exceptional. The person, not AI, I communicated with was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Not only are the shoes some of the best on the market, but the customer service is top notch.
