I have requested additional information about my order (masks were not in their original packaging), and no one has contacted me. I am disappointed by the customer service in my effort to verify that the products I was shipped are legitimate.

I didn’t receive the original box that the respirators come in. I need to see the expiration date of the respirators and the user manual also comes with the original package. I want the original box along with the manual. It also proves authenticity when the respirators arrive in the original boxing. Send me the boxing and user manual for the respirators. Why do you all send them individually anyways??

They send a full bill but never all the products on the order. This is definitely a scam on contractors who don't follow up on packing slips.

Do not buy from this website. They charge you for printing logos and then send you products without anything printed on them. They are just stealing money.

I went to industrial safety products to purchase the 3m versaflo papr equipment. It was meant to be a gift for my father who works as a painter and is consistently exposed to harmful particles when he sands and paints. I was very excited to purchase from ISP because it sold what I wanted at a cheaper price than others. My dad's birthday is August 20th, because of that I needed this to come in before that date. So before I confirmed my order with them I asked if that was possible. They responded back not more than 20 min later saying "it was unlikely because covid". I responded "okay that's reasonable. I'd like to cancel my order then so that I can look for this product elsewhere". No response. Over the next 6 hours I reached out 3 more times asking for a response to my cancelation. Nada. So before this company could come up with some BS evidence saying that "their not at fault and should keep the money" I immediately reached out to my bank and filed a claim... Don't buy from here... it clearly is a scam and should be shut down.

I would give then ZERO STARS if that were an option. Purchased a test kit and they never shipped it. After months of trying to call and email with little to no response. They said they shipped it twice, then told me it was backordered, later said it was shipped again and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and it took months to get a credit. They did not refund the shipping costs. They were VERY dishonest and deceptive, non responsive, and cheated me out of my product and shipping. I had hundreds of dollars out of pocket while trying to get this settled.

Wish i had researched this company before i placed my order. I have had the same experience as all of you. I needed a piece of equipment for a government job so placed my order on the 13 of may said that it be here by the end of the week. 3 weeks later i still have yet to receive item. Tracking number no longer exists and getting in contact with someone at the company is impossible. Got no response from emails and they were not answering their phones. Using COVID 19 as an excuse for p*** poor customer service is inexcusable. I order the same item through another company and received it the very next day. This company should not be in business

Ordered a product listed on the site. Was charged immediately did not not from the company for over a week. Kept checking the site all it would say order pending. Called and spoke with customer rep. was told that they did not know why it was hung up as pending. They were ready to ship same day and would expedite. Got notice order changed to status pending shipping. After no change in status and no tracking number called again to be told that they are ready to ship and that it is being drop shipped from manufacturer. Don't know which rep was lying but somebody definitely was. So got tired of the runaround and cancelled the order just to get status changed to pending order cancelation. So no product and no money just more pending status. This is just a shameful scam. Buyer beware do your business elsewhere.
