No receipt of order, no lead time, no idea of when I will receive

Poor Return Services & Lack of Communication I purchased a set of headsets for our field crew, and it was brought to my attention almost immediately, that the headsets were not going to be able to be used for the job anymore. So I received the package, and called immediately, to start the return process. During this return process, which has been ongoing for 2 weeks now, I have not been communicated with at all. I have had to constantly call and ask for an update on my return. Then after 2 weeks of trying to get answers, it was explained to me that I have to wait on the manufacturer to warrant a return RMA # in order for me to return my items. These items total over $2,000 and now I have to wait for the manufacturer to ok the return? On top of that, I had to wait 2 weeks to pry that information out of your customer service? In addition, every time I called and asked for a manager he was out of the office. The lack of communication, lack of understanding, and lack of customer service has been absolutely horrific and I would say overall this has been one of the worst buying experiences I have ever encountered.

Still missing product that was supposed to be delivered as a package. This is now holding up a project that should have been done. We spent to extra money to get a complete package. We could have pieced it out separately but this place had a complete package for sale. Read some reviews that stated just this on missing products from package deals. I should have heeded the warnings. 10k spent and still waiting.
