Great quality and fast shipping! This is by far the most comfortable hard hat I’ve ever worn. The fit is excellent and you can tell it’s made with high quality materials. Highly recommend for anyone on the job site looking for both protection and comfort.

Easy process and order came quickly.

I’ve been a loyal ISP customer for many years without any prior issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I placed an order on May 15th for two items, but it wasn’t until over two weeks later that I was informed they were backordered. After finally shipping, the package sat in a city just 45 minutes away from me for three additional days. The lack of communication throughout the process was frustrating and unlike my past experiences with ISP. I hope this was an isolated incident, but the delay and silence were unacceptable.

When we placed our order on 5/15/25, we were not informed that the respirators were on back order. Infact when we inquired on 5/21/25 for an eta shipping date we were told they were shipping out on the 5/23. But they didn't ship till 5/30/25 and as of 6/3/25 @ 1131 we still haven't received them, so when you advertise 3 days shipping, we were expecting them right away but have been waiting for almost 3weeks. Not worth the hassle when you have personal that can't be productive waiting on equipment.

Very satisfied with the MSA Skullgard hard hat. Simple and comfortable.
