We were deciding on how many sun shield visors we needed to order for our crew. Seeing that a discount was offered if we ordered 20+ made the decision for us.

Fast shipping, website was easy to use, and prices were reasonable.

We placed an order and paid but after two weeks of no shipping info, I called the company. They couldn’t tell me an estimated shipping date. So I called twice more. No answers. Finally, I requested a refund and they just said “ok” but two weeks after that, still no refund.

Shipping information was a bit lax, but did receive order quickly and communication was solid.

My order was partially shipped with no communication about the outstanding materials ETA. I've had to call twice now to get any update and both times they assure that the part was just delivered so would be sent out immediately, or by Monday since they don't ship over the weekend. I'm giving ISP the benefit of the doubt; if it does arrive Monday, I may consider cancelling the second half of my order and looking elsewhere.

Great product

Ordered product that was on backorder. I was not informed that it was on backorder until I called to ask for an update. That was after email went unanswered. I canceled the order and have yet to recieve a refund.
