I never received my order, and support never contacted me back despite the fact that I tried communicating with them several times. I don’t really recommend doing business with ISP.

It was easy to find the product I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Appreciated the fast shipping. However, there seemed to have been a problem with the labels on one of the boxes so it had ended up in a very different location on the campus (we are a large university) and I am not sure why that was. Thankfully, the folks whose department it ended up in found my name and number from university directory and let me know that it was at their mail room. It took me a bit to find it and it would've been hard to bring it over to the proper location if the package had been bigger/heavier. some customer support on the same would be helpful.

so easy to place order

I put in my logo to be printed and it didn't get put on,received refund but no explanation nothing.

Love the plugs, will order more when needed

The custom design team was really responsive and helpful. If you are a small company and need to order swag and want to talk to a designer before you order, this is a great company. They will walk you through everything step by step, including the costs.
