ISP is a great company, fast shipping, quality products and everything to be honest, better than described. Will be buying again. They told me shipping was going to be 3-5 days. Guess what, I got it in 2. Amazing A+++

Had what I wanted at a fair price. Item(s) were shipped in a timely manner and delivered in great condition.

Placed order on 11/5/25... Checked order status 1 week later as I had heard nothing from ISP and status showed "Awaiting Fulfillment" and had not been updated since 11/5/25. Tried to contact ISP through their online chat and could not get through... Sent online message to ISP through their website and never received reply... Sent email to ISP and never received a reply... Finally got through to customer service on 11/14/25 and let them know I had received no communication from ISP... Rep seemed not to care so I requested that my order be cancelled... Still have yet to receive any type of cancellation confirmation from ISP... Very poor communication and customer service!!

Fast delivery, Good product, Happy with the service.

They took an order online from someone who is not authorized to buy from our company and a fraudulent charge was done. Took a phone call and several emails to clear it up. An account was setup under our company without verification of any information.

I placed the order was charged the same price only received 1/2 the qty as my pervious order. After contacting ISP they said per manufacture price increase of 50%.
