I'm made a mistake and ordered an incorrect product. When contacting your company a nice fellow help me find the correct product I needed. He furnished me with RMA number to send back wrong product. I am yet to order correct product, I am deciding whether or not to order complete fixture or LED driver

I found a difficult to find 2 feet LED replacement tube that I could get just 1. Every other site I looked at only had 4feet tubes in packs of 25. It was a very helpful site to update my florescent tubes.

I bought the 4” LED Gimbal Trim Canless Recessed Downlights, with selectable CCT and TRIAC Dimmable. Paid $20 each. Pretty easy to install (as usual, be mindful of the sharp edges of the metal junction boxes), and they look and perform well. My only complaint (and the sole reason I'm not rating them a 5) involves something that isn't apparent on it's webpage, which is that the directional lights swivel to or away from your aiming target (wall) rather than being directly aimable at them. Due to this, I would highly recommend that you set the lights exactly as you want them during installation, which involves some guessing since the lights aren't on at this point. This isn't fullproof by any means, as I had to make minor adjustments to two of the lights post installation, but it beats having to turn them 180 degrees post installation, which isn't a simple feat for one person. That all said, I really like the effect they give and am pleased with the purchase.
