Service was good. I thought the shipping was high for the cost and the size of the equipment purchased.

Connector of light to box was not clear…
Connector of light to box was not clear on the item description. So I bought it, it could not replace what I had. This necessitated replacing the box too, requiring an electrician

The LED strip lights I received are of questionable quality
The LED strip lights I received are of questionable quality. Both strips had been soldered together from shorter strips of lights. One strip had 8 soldered junctions, the other had 9. I paid for continuous LED light strips, not lots of little pieces soldered together. AND the solder spots were also the places I needed to clip on some of the pigtail wires. I had to file down the solder enough to clamp the pigtails on to the strip lights. Otherwise, my only other option was to cut another 4 inches off the length of the strip lights. I was able to hook up all the lights, controllers and power supply, as well as the wall switch. They’re all working fine. Hope they stay that way, but there is a warranty if they don’t. Also, I bought these lights to replace the first set I bought, with different pigtails, which could not be fastened together at all. The main reason I went with this retailer is because they sold the wall switch I wanted. Other retailers sold the same switch, so maybe I should have chosen one of them. The positives I can say are that the workers on the phone were helpful and friendly, they took the time I needed and I never felt rushed or pressured. The man who handled my return of the first light strips and pigtails was helpful and kind. Overall their customer service was good, their LED light strips not so much.
