Excellent caring and guiding

I am a relatively healthy 69 year old with the objective of improving my overall health. Understanding my diet, improving my gut health and eliminating debilitating leg cramps. With the help of Dr. Andrews, dietician Holly and my health coach Jennifer, my leg cramps are gone as is my sugar addiction and I have made improvements in my overall health. They are a great team and I am so glad I found them.

Finally, functional medicine that's affordable! I was doing a lot of self treatment and research because I couldn't find an affordable functional medicine doctor in NY. Needless to say, Index Health Clinic seemed heaven sent. I love my doctor, JP. She truly gets me and understands the non-conventional holistic practices I am into. She is also very supportive and knowledgeable. I feel confident that she can get me through these chronic ailments.

Dr LeMay and his team are exceptional. Quick to reply in the portal with any concerns. The customer service is great, get back to you quickly and always willing to help. Dr LeMay is one of the most knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I'm always impressed how much he knows on so many different subject. Most importantly, I feel that he truly cares about my health and has been a great help to me on my auto immune journey.

I have been wanting to get to the root cause of my acid reflux and heartburn for many years however my doctor kept telling me to lose weight. I knew there was more to it than my weight so I sought out index health for help. Index health ran a battery of tests and found that I was sensitive to dairy and eggs as well as having Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and advise me to go gluten-free. It has been four months and my acid reflux and heartburn are gone. It turns out it was not my weight, but my stomach was a mess.
