My order was incomplete, I spend thousands here, no one will respond back by email or their contact us page, I'm not getting the points for an amazing review I did, I've been attempting to contact them since June 25 WITH NO LUCK! I am no longer going to be a customer, my thousands of dollars will go to more deserving businesses. My review for them is on trust pilot from July 17, 2026, I've reached out via several different forms of communication to a business INDACLOUD and not a single peep from them yet they don't hesitate to send emails daily trying to get my money but when it's time for them to step up to the plate, they clocked out and are so fried out of their minds they forgot how they got to where they are! Please, be careful! I will not do business with them until they rectify the situation which I don't expect they will because they haven't in 2 months!! Why bother now? They don't care trust me!

Very good products just pace yourself with the vape pen carts cuz I built up a tolerance within a week 😂

I am 69 years young, and even with my dentures in I cannot chew these red licorice gummies at all. They are so hard, I need to cut them in 4ths and swallow them with water. Very disappointing because you've already sent a second bag prematurely. The shroom gummies are great!! Mark Thompson

I ordered three bags on the small pre-rolls in order to get the bargain price. The whole order was $300+ even with all the coupons and sells. I only received ONE of the three pre-rolls. I called, emailed, and sent a message. They next day once everything was put away, I was told to take a picture of what was in the box so they could verify that the item was missing. It is already their word against mine, so if I was "that person", I could have removed any of the items and then took a picture. So, what is the difference of just taking my word for it? THEY WEREN'T IN THERE!!!

They consistently put out a great innovative products. There communications are creative and personalized. I've never had a bad experience

My experience with Indacloud has been, thus far, outstanding. The product speaks for itself and you will enjoy it as much as I do. Each order has been shipped within a day, or two, and arrived three days after that. Not bad with the current uncertainty of our commercial shipping industry of late. There are also discounts and a wide variety of products to choose from. I am trying the Granddaddy Purp flower at the moment, but look forward to sampling other strains. I am a happy customer!

Final edit: the product took about 12 days to receive. They were lackluster at best. I got the beast mode 500 milli's. First day i took em, I took a whole one. Didnt feel anything for hours. Took a second after about 3 hours. Then I felt something. But it wasn't a regular cannabis buzz. It was a weird buzz, felt like Spice did back in the day and lasted like an hour. They were supposed to be full spectrum. But felt like they must of been delta 8/9, whatever they call it. Because it wasnt a regular weed buzz. Im not even talking about the massive explosive diarrhea you get. That sh1t was insane, literally. I ended up giving some out to friends and my wife, just to see if I was tripping. Not one person out of 7 enjoyed it, they all said the same thing, "Thats not weed and I got horrible diarrhea that lasted a day or 2." So, id suggest dont order these unless you like weird buzzes that make you sh1t your pants for days. Took 4 days for them to send my first order. Then it sat at a post office in Wisconsin for 3 days. Today is day 8 and I have no idea where my package is or when ill get it. The est delivery date is sometime next week, another 7 day? I ordered for my birthday Saturday, I thought 8 days in advance was enough time. It said it takes 2 - 5 days. But apparently 20 days was closer to the actual est time. Apparently, perishable food and plants dont need to be mailed with concern. Wish I could review the products I ordered, but after 7-8 days, still havent received them. Yall gotta do better. Cmon man. In today's age, this is horrifically slow. Edit: Day #9, still hasn't left the Wisconsin post office. Looks like birthday plans are done. Ugh, what a bad company practice. Edit: just got an update it went to another post office in Wisconsin. Im in Texas. It has spent 4 to 5 days bouncing around wisconsin. I emailed them this morning I was told usps has it, it'll get delivered eventually.....like its not perishable items just baking on the sun. Lol. This place is a joke. Edit 3: now usps has lost my package, today is my bday. I ordered this with plenty of time to get here. I.spoke with someone at their 1800 number they said they apologize but hopefully theyll find it, eventually.
