They got a new Alaskan thunderfuck batch in with the disposables. I bought one with my coupon code, it was burnt right out of the box. Second one comes also taste burnt after some time using it. I've had good products from them before. But these "beast" vapes are supposed to be the best liquid diamond / powerful vapes they got. They put more money into the labeling and branding then the coil.

I am 69 years young, and even with my dentures in I cannot chew these red licorice gummies at all. They are so hard, I need to cut them in 4ths and swallow them with water. Very disappointing because you've already sent a second bag prematurely. The shroom gummies are great!! Mark Thompson

I ordered gummies from them & that went perfectly. The gummies were great, so I went back to upgrade my auto ship to include some stronger ones. That is where everything fell apart. Their website had to have been written by first week coding students. It is a mess. I had rewards points that simply disappeared while I was trying to place my order. I could not update my auto ship to ship sooner, it would change but then revert right back. Several times in this process, my order was doubled & when I tried to remove the extras, it wiped my cart out. Start over. In fact, I had to start over 3 or 4 times before I just gave up. I tried 3 days in a row before I quit & cancelled my auto ship. Trying to contact them went to another dark place. No response whatsoever. Then I tried Facebook, where I found out this is all SOP for them through the myriad complaints about the dysfunctional site & abysmal customer service. I wrote to them on Facebook anyway & again, radio silence. With a great product line of gummies, I had high hopes for this company. 🤭 Now I have to advise to avoid. 😔

My very first order was a 3 g disposable, “American Pie” Live Resin. It was on sale, and was delivered quickly, I was very excited to see it come in so soon. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing in its effects. (I ordered the “Extreme” potency level too)

Have constant problems with their website. I've written them about it, they are supposedly "working" on figuring out what's wrong, but nothing changes. I've used different browsers, deleted cache & cookies, used different emails - I can never set up an account. I've placed a few orders from them but I'm always told they can't find my account when I go back. So with each different email I try, I just keep getting told I need to reset my password, which brings me to an endless loop of being told I need to reset it, only for the reset link to bring me to a page that says I need to reset my password. Infuriating! Also, a couple times I've spent a while on the site picking out stuff, only to find my cart showing empty, even though I saw the item get added. So after an hour of shopping, everything disappears. Screw it, I'm done. The products are pretty good, but the frustration isn't worth it.

loyal customer departing. i've enjoyed their products for a few years and waited for the holiday sale this year. I had a coupon in my cart that I didn't realize nullified the holiday sale, so rather than receiving the products I thought I'd get (buy one, get one free) I got the single product at a slight discount. I followed up with customer service and showed the mistake, would have been happy to pay the difference to participate in the promotion, and was told tough luck, so sad, try next time. I've unsubscribed from everything after many happy purchases.

Should b one star but not there yet they sent my package messed up on the shipping info it has been floating around nd for now 3 days and customer service was as useful as tits on a bull all they kept saying is when we get it back we will resend leaving 2 stats hoping it get some place with them
