They sent the wrong order, Stale, disgusting edibles, They also did nothing. What a 40$ waste, Absolutely ridiculous.

Every interaction I’ve had with Indacloud has been a 5 star experience. Great selection, amazing quality, exceptional customer service (Rin). This team has earned my trust and loyalty through repeated exceptional dealings.

I ordered a wtf vape and it literally kicked my old hippie ass.

Been a customer for 4 years with active subscription. Suddenly their system messes up and duplicates my order and double charges me. Email, email, email finally a response and by that time both orders show up. Indacloud fix for stealing from me, ignoring my emails for support for two weeks is to make me show proof of both packages before they even would respond to double charging me which is their fault. Cancelled everything and will NEVER do business with a company that has absolutely no customer service priorites.
